* libc/xdr/README: Correct grammatical errors.
* libc/include/rpc/types.h: Add public types used
by RPC implementations.
* libc/include/rpc/xdr.h: Add defines used by RPC
implementations.
* libc/xdr/Makefile.am: Eliminate automake warning.
* libc/xdr/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
