* mmap.cc: Clean up *ResourceLock calls throughout.
* thread.cc (pthread_cond::TimedWait): Check for WAIT_TIMEOUT as well as WAIT_ABANDONED. (__pthread_cond_timedwait): Calculate a relative wait from the abstime parameter.
