Introduce reading passwd/group entries from SAM/AD. Introduce

	/etc/nsswitch.conf file to configure it.

	(NetGroupGetInfo): Import.

	Rearrange slightly, Add members pwbuf and grbuf to implement non-caching
	passwd/group fetching from SAM/AD.  Make pw_pos and pw_pos unsigned.
