* cygwait.cc (cancelable_wait): Mimic old cygwait behavior more closely wrt
handling of call_signal_handler.
* cygwait.h (WAIT_CANCELED): Move here and redefine.
(WAIT_SIGNALED): Ditto.
* thread.h (WAIT_CANCELED): Delete.
(WAIT_SIGNALED): Ditto.
