* faq-programming.xml (faq.programming.make-execvp): Remove obsolete
information about Tcl/Tk. (faq.programming.dll-relocatable): Ditto. * faq-using.xml (faq.using.tcl-tk): Rewrite to reflect switch to X11 Tcl/Tk.
