* include/tchar.h (_tputenv): Add UNICODE mappings.
(_tsearchenv): Likewise.
(_tmakepath): Likewise.
(_tsplitpath): Likewise.
(_tfullpath): Likewise.
(__TEXT): Make same as define in w32api/include/winnt.h.
