* mkgroup.c: Use statically linked functions throughout, except for
DsGetDcNameW. Reformat. Convert to use WCHAR for names throughout. Use defines instead of constants throughout. (MAX_SID_LEN): Define. (load_netapi): Just load DsGetDcNameW pointer.
