added simplify f-curves,
rewritten a little bit as to allow it to function correctly. hided the curvature mode for f curves: behaves a little weird on f curves. looks like bug somewhere. have to investigate. Also, since there is no tool panel in the graph editor, the options have to be accessed from the 3dView
