Subject: Cycles standalone: fix missing dependencies in CMake files

Also set default CYCLES_INSTALL_PATH to CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.

By default with a `make cycles` this will build to ${CMAKE_BINARY_DIR}/bin
