Merge branch 'ew/rebase'
* ew/rebase: rebase --merge: fix for rebasing more than 7 commits. rebase: error out for NO_PYTHON if they use recursive merge Add renaming-rebase test. rebase: Allow merge strategies to be used when rebasing
