the libavfilter/vf_blackframe.c filter now not only logs detected
values, but also sets frame metadata. Currently, only `pblack` value is set
but `SET_META` macro has been introduced to ease development in the future.

Those functions are only useful inside filters. It is better to not
support user filters until the API is more stable.

Also add internal function ff_null_start_frame_keep_ref().
Fix crash when a following filter (e.g. settb) will unref the reference
passed by start_frame(), and then the reference is accessed in
end_frame() through inlink->cur_buf.

GCC 4.6.2 at least still seems to fail to put them in .rodata though,
see also http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37303

Use and show picref->video->pict_type and key_frame information.
The pict_type and key_frame information was not available at the time
of the port.
