2013-05-16 | vf_fade: use the name 's' for the pointer to the private context | Anton Khirnov
This is shorter and consistent across filters.
2013-04-09 | lavfi: remove now unused args parameter from AVFilter.init | Anton Khirnov
2013-04-09 | vf_fade: switch to an AVOptions-based system. | Anton Khirnov
2013-03-08 | lavfi: switch to AVFrame. | Anton Khirnov
Deprecate AVFilterBuffer/AVFilterBufferRef and everything related to it and use AVFrame instead.
2012-11-28 | lavfi: merge start_frame/draw_slice/end_frame | Anton Khirnov
Any alleged performance benefits gained from the split are purely mythological and do not justify added code complexity.
2012-10-12 | lavfi: do not use av_pix_fmt_descriptors directly. | Anton Khirnov
2012-10-11 | lavfi: convert input/ouput list compound literals to named objects | Mans Rullgard
A number of compilers, for example those from TI and IBM, choke on these initialisers. The current style is also quite ugly. Signed-off-by: Mans Rullgard <mans@mansr.com>

2012-07-22 | lavfi: add error handling to draw_slice(). | Anton Khirnov
2012-07-22 | lavfi: use const for AVFilterPad declarations in all filters. | Ronald S. Bultje
2012-06-26 | lavfi: make filters less verbose. | Anton Khirnov
2012-06-26 | lavfi: remove 'opaque' parameter from AVFilter.init() | Anton Khirnov
It is not used in any filters currently and is inherently evil. If passing binary data to filters is required in the future, it should be done with some AVOptions-based system.
2012-06-13 | lavfi: make AVFilterPad opaque after two major bumps. | Anton Khirnov
It will allow adding new fields to it without ABI breaks.
2012-06-05 | lavfi: remove request/poll and drawing functions from public API on next bump | Anton Khirnov
They are only useful inside filters and we don't allow user filters for now.
2012-06-05 | lavfi: make formats API private on next bump. | Anton Khirnov
It is only useful inside filters and we don't allow user filters for now.
2012-05-22 | lavfi: remove avfilter_null_* from public API on next bump. | Anton Khirnov
Those functions are only useful inside filters. It is better to not support user filters until the API is more stable.
2012-01-14 | cosmetics: Move static and inline attributes to more standard places. | Diego Biurrun
Fixes several "‘static’ is not at beginning of declaration" warnings.
2011-04-26 | fade: fix draw_slice() check on fade->factor value | Mark Himsley
draw_slice() checks that the fade factor is < 65536 and only calculates the fade if so. But the fade factor is clipped in end_frame() by av_clip_uint16() to 65535, so the fade is calculated for every frame. This patch alters the check so that it compares with < 65535 (UINT16_MAX). 2011-04-26 | fade: make draw_slice() chroma check against planes 1 and 2 | Mark Himsley
draw_slice() checks that planes 0 and 1 of AVFilterBufferRef's data are not NULL before manipulating planes 1 and 2. This patch makes the check against planes 1 and 2. More senseful and possibly more robust. Signed-off-by: Anton Khirnov <anton@khirnov.net>
2011-04-17 | Replace more FFmpeg references by Libav. | Diego Biurrun
2011-04-03 | lavfi: add fade filter | Brandon Mintern
