Open Machine Translation Core (OMTC)

This is a reference implementation of OMTC, a proposed open API standard for Machine Translation Systems.
This work has been done as a part of the [MosesCore FP7 Project](http://www.statmt.org/mosescore/); a European Commission project.

It is a Java implementation that is Java v1.7 compliant.

Use Maven v2.2.1 or newer to build.

The proposed standard document can be found in the `documentation` folder.
