refs #3332 search engine keywords are grouped correctly now, even if they come from different urls
* add new parameters ArchiveProcessing_Day.queryVisitByDimension to pass a custom select query.
* use this in the archiving code of Transitions in order to generate a single column containing the interesting data about all referrers. we can then group by this column and use the ranking query as usual.
