Mark everything if BindingFlags are not recognized by the linker (#1701)
-Mark everything when an unknown binding flag is present
-Add tests for unknown binding flags
-Add helper to get the constant value of a binding flag
-Add nullability to BindingFlags
-Add a comment for the reasoning of default binding flags
