Empty commit to trigger wrench build, to pick up a msbuild "fix"
This is to get a msbuild workaround:
https://github.com/mono/msbuild/pull/19
The fix for the issue is not critical enough to get into 15.3 at this
time. A user would get an unclear error, instead we emit a warning to
inform her how to avoid the issue.
The real fix will be included in 15.4 .
