[corlib] Disable FileTest.SymLinkStats() on TVOS
Symlinks on TVOS run into sandboxing restrictions. We've already disabled a similar test.
This test was added recently as part of 26e0b1deec095635f6a160eb7875c7fb48d53f5a.
