* TestOracleClient.cs: remove some warnings
and improve OracleParameter tests
for VARCHAR2, NUMBER, DATE types
for Input, Output, InputOutput, and ReturnValue and
handle DBNull.Value for various situations.
These parameter tests work on .net 2.0 but fail on mono 2.0.
