Fix folder moving issue
Fixed the logic for determining if a folder is being moved. Now if the
copy-only-project-files option is provided, it really checks if the folder
contains only project files. If it does, it can do a real move.
Added unit tests.
Fixes bug #29869 - Project folder does not refresh after cut-paste.
