- fix regluar java templates
 - make classpath handling better
 - support turning a jar to a dll simply
 - support more java compilers (like ecj)
 - automatically copy IKVM.GNU.Classpath.dll and IKVM.Runtime.dll
	to output dir
 - implement GenerateMakefiles perhaps
