This was done by running scripts/updateLicenseHeaders.py and then
manually editing the LICENSE file.

This commit removes all qmake-related build-files from the system. We
have now migrated to cmake and are no longer maintaining qmake anyways
and therefore there is no reason to keep it.
Removing it also clearly states to any potential user/programmer that
this project is no longer intended to be compiled with qmake.
Given that the .pri files no longer exist, the mumble-version.py script
had to be adapted to read the version from the CMakeLists.txt file
instead.
Furthermore a few of the submodules support cmake natively and therefore
we no longer need the src/buid-directory approach in order to build
them. The respective build dirs have been removed and the src-dirs have
been renamed.

This changes all occurances of NULL in the plugins source
dir to nullptr. Additionally explicit comparisons with NULL were
removed.

The short form of peekProc automatically uses the correct size for the target.

Karl Dietz has allowed us to remove the old license header
from the WoW plugin.

Untested because I have no friends. :( Debug printf()s look correct, and
I've gotten away with it before.

Update the 32-bit WoW plugin to build #19116.

Update the WoW plugin again, clean up some of the old code that's not
necessary, and add solution by @hacst to append realm name to identity
so it's actually useful now.

Update WoW plugin, including switching to 128-bit GUIDs, which I've
naively done with a structure containing two 64-bit integers instead.
There's probably a nicer way to do this.

I'm also tentatively throwing away the process of going through NameStore
looking for our characer name - all the posters on OwnedCore are doing it through
a simple pointer. I'm guessing this plugin doesn't do it that way because there was
no static pointer when it was written, but for now this seems to work.
(Also, no one has posted the updated offset for NameStorePtr yet)

Updated WoW plugin to WoW 3.2.2. Attaches to process, returns sane values in test program. Attaches to process and activates positional audio in mumble, but has not influence to audio but make the sound softer as if both actors are >15m from each other. (which they where not in out tests)
