Previously (#5772), we implemented a fix to set the status icon size
according to the user display scaling. The calculation is based upon
font sizes. However, due to an oversight, the wrong font size was used
as the base for this calculation. However, the problem was not visible,
if by coincidence the correct font size was the same as the one used by
accident.
This commit changes the calculation of the icon size once again to use
the correct font information.
Fixes one part of #5817

In 39047d2a57a9288262c5f303d96798a1b1692b8d a new note was added for
when a user enters minimal view but is not connected to a server.
Incidentally, this caused the new note to appear in the popup menu
appearing as a context menu when using a custom layout, which in theory
would allow a manual toggling of that note's visibility. However, this
is not what we want and thus this commit makes sure that this popup menu
only contains entries for UI elements that we really want to be manually
toggelable.

Due to a regression introduced in
6aa88691e16c807b998301f2cbecfda599ef4592 when hiding individual UI
components (e.g. the icon toolbar) - possible when using a custom
layout - these elements would re-appear after restarting Mumble (or
after applying the settings or after exiting minimal view).
The reason is that the state of whether or not a given UI component is
shown or not is saved as the window's geometry. In the above commit we
added code that explicitly shows or hides these elements after the
geometry has been restored, thus overwriting the visibility changes of
this geometry restoration.
The fix for this problem is to only explicitly hide the elements when
entering minimal view but let the showing be handled by restoring the
window's geometry. Thus, only those elements are shown again, that have
previously been visible as well (and thus have not been explicitly
hidden by the user).

Change the skin fallback path from `themes/Mumble` to `themes/Default`
to reflect the change during the integration of the theme submodule.

When sending a link that contains a percent followed by a digit, where
the digit is <= 2 (e.g. %1), the link's target would be messed up as the
respective %x would be treated as an argument replacement specifier by
Qt (and would thus be replaced by some replacement text).
The reason for this lies in the use of two consecutive calls to
QString::arg, where the second call will gladly try to replace any new
replacement specifications introduced with the first replacement.
The solution is to use an overload of QString::arg, that takes both
replacement texts at the same time and applies them in one go. This
specifically allows to ignore any newly introduced replacement
specifications.
The bug has been introduced with the introduction of Markdown support in
2da3f0d39e37e6bf10318d174744bb7e7924794b but has been masked by a bug
that stopped link recognition at percent signs. This has been fixed in
727049c52681eeccca5d7dbec6997cb6fe92cea1 and since then also appears for
plain links (for markdown-style links using the []() syntax the bug was
probably present throughout).

As requested in #4748 this commit implements a volume control
slider for User local volume and Listener local volume in the
relevant context menus for easier reach and quicker adjustments.
The VolumeSliderWidgetAction was implemented as a base class
for UserLocalVolumeSlider and ListenerLocalVolumeSlider which were
then added as QActions in the MainWindow to the context menus qmUser and
qmListener respectively.
The existing LocalVolumeDialogs for users and listeners have been removed.
Additionally, the new generic MenuLabel class was created to be able to
add non-interactive items into QMenus.

When not connected to a server, the minimal view will not display any UI
elements, which can be confusing (especially since the minimal view
state is saved and restored on restart).
In order to let users know what is going on and how to make the UI
elements re-appear, this commit adds a new note to the UI in these
cases.
Fixes #5495

When activating minimal view, sometimes it would work as expected,
hiding all UI elements but the channel tree, but other times
various other elements would remain visible until opening and applying
the settings.
The reason for this was that inside the updateView function, we called
restoreGeometry after we have set the visibility of the respective UI
elements, which could undo our previous visibility changes, leaving
these elements visible.
By applying the visibility changes after the geometry restoration, we
avoid this problem.

A previous oversight in 4f5089fe30a let the previously selected context
menu items take precedence over the currently selected tree item.
This commit introduces the necessary nullptr check to make sure that the
previous context menu item is only used as fallback, if the lookup of the
selected item fails.

Qt >= 5.12.6 has changed the behavior of the padding value in style sheets
for QMenus. Previously the padding was counted from the start of the QMenu::item,
ignoring any decorations. The new behavior starts counting the padding after any
decoration item.
Without this change, Mumble compiled against Qt versions >= 5.12.6 will have
effectively double the padding on all QMenus containing icons or check-marks.
However, there are multiple issues with padding in QMenus pending on the Qt side
so this change may regress later on.

Previously, since the inception of the in-line status icons (b39f73befca)
the status icon size has been hard-coded. In contrast to pretty much all other
icons this had the effect, that user display scaling was not taken into account and
the status icons appeared too small, if the scaling was >1.0x
This commit reverts the static constants for the icon size introduced in 42d74df5ec
and calculates the values based on the font size. (This is also done in the
TalkingUI for example). In doing so, the icons will resize with the font and therefore with
display scaling.

Since the introduction of the menu bar, action icons were hidden in it.
This commit enables the display of existing icons for actions which are not
checkable (otherwise it would clash with the check-mark). Additionally, the
"heart" icon is enabled for "Add Friend..." and the "i" icon is used for user
"Information..."

When using the Qt-provided TTS implementation, the setVolume function
call would simply pass our setting for the TTS volume to Qt unchanged.
However, while our code uses an integer ranging from 0 to 100 to
indicate TTS volume, Qt's docs explicitly state
> This property holds the current volume, ranging from 0.0 to 1.0.
and thus we are essentially always passing in values that are way too
large (which presumably just get truncated to 1.0, effectively breaking
being able to adjust the TTS volume).
This commit fixes this by making sure to convert our TTS volume into the
proper range before passing it to Qt.

Previously all notification sounds were played as is, without
taking anything into account. The only way to change the
volume was to manually edit the sound files, or change the
overall volume of the entire Mumble application.
This commit adds the ability for the user to adjust the
volume of notification sounds and audio cues. There are two
new settings added "notificationVolume" and "cueVolume"
to adjust the volume independently. Sliders in the "Messages"
have been added and together with the existing TTS volume
slider make up the new group "Message Volume".
A side effect is the centralization of the db <-> factor
conversion functions in the "VolumeAdjustment" class.
Furthermore, this commit also introduces a change to the
"playSample" API call, accepting a volume parameter,
and therefore bumps the Mumble API version to 1.2.x.

decide to edit a channel's ACL, the user would be presented with the
option to configure the Listen ACL. However, since the server is too old
to know about this particular ACL, setting it will have no effect. Thus,
to the end user this creates the impression that something is broken.
This commit ensures that the Listen ACL is only shown, if the server one
is currently connected to, is recent enough to know about this ACL.

If a message is sent that cannot be gracefully converted to plain text, such as from a pasted image or other embedded content, the Unicode Object Replacement Character is shown instead.
To make the notification body more user-friendly, a more suitable representation of that embedded content is now displayed.

Previously the shortcut engine on Unix could not be disabled. Therefore,
the bEnableShortcut setting effectively had no effect on these systems,
making the change of its default value on Wayland (in order to prevent
CPU intensive polling) as done in 13c7ff5dd394d73bffde0e68fe0499ee7596ac6e
pointless.
This commit extends the engine's implementation such that it is now able
to disable shortcuts. This will automatically expose the enable shortcut
setting in the settings page. Thus, users can now explicitly re-enabled
the shortcut engine on Wayland systems.

In #5307 we disabled global shortcuts on Wayland, but we did it in a way
that would prevent anyone from re-enabling the support.
Since we have received reports of some users actually making use of the
shortcut system on Wayland, even without proper Wayland support, we
decided to remove the hard-lock and allow these users to re-enable the
shortcuts, if they so want.
