After the V8 8.5 update, the WASI APIs no longer require the
use of --experimental-wasm-bigint. This commit removes its use.

Docs switch between "command line" and "command-line" with no apparent
uniformity. Microsoft Style Guide prescribes "command line" as a noun
and "command-line" as a modifier, which makes a lot of sense to me.
Updating docs as appropriate.

- Code sample updated by adding a hello-world (`demo.wat`) code example
- Step for compiling `.wat` to `.wasm` added (with reference to `wabt`
tools)
- The sample code prints "hello world\n" in the console
This update adds a very minimal change to the existing sample and can be
treated as an extension.

_start() and _initialize() shouldn't be called from the same
function, as they have different behavior. Furthermore, Node
should throw if both are provided. This commit updates the
implementation, docs, and tests accordingly.

When cherry-picking release commits for LTS releases into master,
the `REPLACEME` metadata can be taken over as well, to give users
a more accurate view of what is being released on which release line.
This addresses this problem for all previous LTS releases for which
this has not been done.

This commit updates to uvwasi 0.0.3, which implements a newer
version of the WASI spec, snapshot_1. Since the WASI API has
changed, this also requires updating the WebAssembly memory
interfacing logic and recompiling the WASI tests with a
version of wasi-libc that supports snapshot_1.
