This allows to support timestamps before 1970-01-01.
On Windows, it's not supported due to Y2038 issue.

We are deciding whether to end `fs` promises by checking
`can_call_into_js()` whereas in the `FSReqPromise` destructor we're
using the `is_stopping()` check. Though this may look as semantically
correct it has issues because though both values are modified before
termination on `Environment::ExitEnv()` and both are atomic they are not
syncronized together so it may happen that when reaching the destructor
`call_into_js` may be set to `false` whereas `is_stopping` remains
`false` causing the crash. Fix this by checking with
`can_call_into_js()` also in the destructor.

Instead of passing them through the data bound to function
templates, store references to them in a list embedded inside
the context.
This makes the function templates more context-independent,
and makes it possible to embed binding data in non-main contexts.

mkdir('/foo/bar', { recursive: true }) and mkdirSync will now return
the path of the first folder created. This matches more closely
mkdirp's behavior, and is useful for setting folder permissions.

- Move inline functions into an `-inl.h` file
- Move override function definitions into `.cc` files
- Remove `using` statements from header files
- Make data fields of classes private
- Mark classes at the end of hierarchies as `final`
This is also partially being done in an attempt to avoid
a particular internal compiler error, see
https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/30475#issuecomment-554740850
for details.
