1. Put the v8 binding data class into a header so we can reuse
the class definition during deserialization.
2. Put the v8 binding code into node::v8_utils namespace for
clarity.
3. Move the binding data property initialization into its
constructor so that we can reuse it during deserialization
4. Reorder the v8 binding initialization so that we don't
unnecessarily initialize the properties in a loop

Previously, this was a per-class string constant for BindingData
which is used as keys for identifying these objects in the binding
data map. These are just type names of the BindingData.
This patch renames the variable to type_name so that
we can generalize this constant for other BaseObjects and use
it for debugging and logging the types of other BaseObjects.

Instead of passing them through the data bound to function
templates, store references to them in a list embedded inside
the context.
This makes the function templates more context-independent,
and makes it possible to embed binding data in non-main contexts.

1. It reduces overall code size,
2. It’s faster, because `Object::Set()` calls are relatively slow, and
3. It helps avoid invalid `.Check()`/`.FromJust()` calls.

This fixes flaky tests that crashed because the allocations ended
up at positions of previously allocated `ArrayBuffer`s that were
still in the backing store table. In particular, there was a race
condition window between destroying a Worker thread’s `Environment`
and destroying its `Isolate` in which the underlying memory was
already released but the `ArrayBuffer` was still existent, meaning
that new memory could be allocated at the address of the previous
`ArrayBuffer`.

FromJust() is often used not for its return value, but for its
side-effects. In these cases, Check() exists, and is more clear as to
the intent. From its comment:
To be used, where the actual value of the Maybe is not needed, like
Object::Set.

While `NumberOfHeapSpaces()` currently returns a constant value,
that is not strictly guaranteed by the V8 API as far as I can tell.
Therefore, caching it globally does not seem appropriate.
(The motivation here is that this squelches warnings which are
produced by concurrency debugging tooling due to the apparent
race conditions when accessing the global variable.)

Previously, built-in modules are registered before main() via
__attribute__((constructor)) mechanism in GCC and similiar
mechanism in MSVC. This causes some issues when node is built as
static library. Calling module registration function for built-in
modules in node::Init() helps to avoid the issues.

We were transporting the heap statistics as uint32 values to JS land but
those wrap around for values > 4 GB. Use 64 bits floats instead, those
should last us a while.

src: Add does_zap_garbage, malloced_memory and
peak_malloced_memory to v8 HeapStatistics
Following https://github.com/nodejs/code-and-learn/issues/56 I
have exposed does_zap_garbage to HeapStatistics.
The other fields, malloced_memory and peak_malloced_memory don't
seem to be in the current version of v8 in master.

v8 introduced the new flag `total_available_size` in version 4.4
and upwards. This flag is now available on `v8.getHeapStatistics`
with the name `total_available_size`. It contains the total
available heap size of v8.

Upgrade the bundled V8 and update code in src/ and lib/ to the new API.
Notable backwards incompatible changes are the removal of the smalloc
module and dropped support for CESU-8 decoding. CESU-8 support can be
brought back if necessary by doing UTF-8 decoding ourselves.
This commit includes https://codereview.chromium.org/1192973004 to fix
a build error on python 2.6 systems. The original commit log follows:
Use optparse in js2c.py for python compatibility
Without this change, V8 won't build on RHEL/CentOS 6 because the
distro python is too old to know about the argparse module.

Calling v8.setFlagsFromString with e.g a function as a flag argument
gave no exception or warning that the function call will fail.
There is now an exception if the function gets called with the wrong
flag type (string is required) or that a flag is expected.
Other APIs already provide exceptions if the argument has not the
expected type.

The copyright and license notice is already in the LICENSE file. There
is no justifiable reason to also require that it be included in every
file, since the individual files are not individually distributed except
as part of the entire package.

Remove the 'gc' event from the v8 module and remove the supporting
infrastructure from src/. It gets the axe because:
1. There are currently no users. It was originally conceived as
an upstreamed subset of StrongLoop's strong-agent GC metrics,
but the strong-agent code base has evolved considerably since
that time and has no use anymore for what is in core.
2. The implementation is not quite sound. It calls into JS land
from inside the GC epilog and that is unsafe. We could fix
that by delaying the callback until a safe time but because
there are no users anyway, removing it is all around easier.

Attach the per-context execution environment directly to API functions.
Rationale:
* Gets node one step closer to multi-isolate readiness.
* Avoids multi-context confusion, e.g. when the caller and callee live
in different contexts.
* Avoids expensive calls to pthread_getspecific() on platforms where
V8 does not know how to use the thread-local storage directly.
(Linux, the BSDs.)

Add a one-to-one binding to v8::GetHeapStatistics(). Returns info on
the current state of the JS heap, like total size and amount used.
