The current general policies

The currently active general policies of the OpenSSL project
are placed here.

Naming of the files
===================

The policy files are named `policy-short-id.md` where the `policy-short-id`
is a short mnemonic identifier of the policy such as `voting-procedure` or
`design-process` or similar.
