Rename "Slash commands" to "Quick actions"
Fix https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/27070 Deprecate "chat commands" in favor of "slash commands" We looked for things like: - `slash commmand` - `slash_command` - `slash-command` - `SlashCommand`
