2016-08-11Merge branch '13333-consider-updating-http-parser-rb-to-0-6-0' into 'master' Rémy Coutable
Replace the tinder gem by bare HTTP requests ## What does this MR do? It removes the `tinder` gem (used to talk to the Campfire API) and replaces its use by bare HTTP requests. ## Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check? N/A. ## Why was this MR needed? To simplify the potential dependency hell discussed in #13333. The initial issue was about updating `http_parser.rb` which was required by `twitter-stream` which was required by `tinder`. Those 3 gems are not needed anymore. ## What are the relevant issue numbers? #13333 ## Screenshots (if relevant) N/A. ## Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria? - [x] [CHANGELOG](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/CHANGELOG) entry added - [x] [Documentation created/updated](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/development/doc_styleguide.md) - Tests - [x] Added for this feature/bug - [x] All builds are passing - [x] Conform by the [style guides](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#style-guides) - [x] Branch has no merge conflicts with `master` (if you do - rebase it please) - [x] [Squashed related commits together](https://git-scm.com/book/en/Git-Tools-Rewriting-History#Squashing-Commits) Closes #13333 See merge request !5758

2016-05-17Implement #3243 New Issue by emailLin Jen-Shin
So we extend Gitlab::Email::Receiver for this new behaviour, however we might want to split it into another class for better testing it. Another issue is that, currently it's using this to parse project identifier: Gitlab::IncomingEmail.key_from_address Which is using: Gitlab.config.incoming_email.address for the receiver name. This is probably `reply` because it's used for replying to a specific issue. We might want to introduce another config for this, or just use `reply` instead of `incoming`. I'll prefer to introduce a new config for this, or just change `reply` to `incoming` because it would make sense for replying to there, too. The email template used in tests were copied and modified from: `emails/valid_reply.eml` which I hope is ok.

2016-05-07Update SVG sanitizer to conform to SVG 1.1Stan Hu
Use a custom Loofah scrubber since sanitize 2.x transformers are inadequate to handle case-sensitive SVG attributes. sanitize parses documents as HTML instead of XML, which causes all SVG attribute names (e.g. viewBox) to be downcased. * SVG element list: https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/eltindex.html * SVG attribute list: https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/attindex.html Closes #14555

2016-03-25Improve and finish the fallback to the In-Reply-To and References header for ↵Rémy Coutable
the reply-by-email feature A few things to note: - The IncomingEmail feature is now enabled even without a correctly-formatted sub-address - Message-ID for new thread mail are kept the same so that subsequent notifications to this thread are grouped in the thread by the email service that receives the notification (i.e. In-Reply-To of the answer == Message-ID of the first thread message) - To maximize our chance to be able to retrieve the reply key, we look for it in the In-Reply-To header and the References header - The pattern for the fallback reply message id is "reply-[key]@[gitlab_host]" - Improve docs thanks to Axil

2016-01-14Support only valid UTF-8 paths in build artifacts browserGrzegorz Bizon
2016-01-14Change format of artifacts metadata from text to binary 0.0.1Grzegorz Bizon
This changes the format of metadata to handle paths, that may contain whitespace characters, new line characters and non-UTF-8 characters. Now those paths along with metadata in JSON format are stored as length-prefixed strings (uint32 prefix). Metadata file has a custom format: 1. First string field is metadata version field (string) 2. Second string field is metadata errors field (JSON strong) 3. All subsequent fields is pair of path (string) and path metadata in JSON format. Path's metadata contains all fields that where possible to extract from ZIP archive like date of modification, CRC, compressed size, uncompressed size and comment.
