* configure.ac (native_only): Remove.
(i[[3456789]]86-*-msdosdjgpp*): Don't disable expect dejagnu
send-pr uudecode guile gnuserv on host.
(x86_64-*-mingw*): Don't disable expect dejagnu autoconf automake
send-pr rcs guile perl texinfo libtool on host.
