* libnosys/acconfig.h (HAVE_SECTION_ATTRIBUTES): New macro.

	* libnosys/configure.in: Check gcc's support for section attributes.
	* libnosys/warning.h: Have link_warning expand to nothing if gcc
	does not support section attributes.
