* libc/libc.texinfo: Add node reference to wide-character strings.
* libc/string/wcstrings.tex: New file.
* libc/string/strtok_r.c: Remove outdated advertising clause.
* libc/string/Makefile.am (doc): Add wide-character string
chapter to documentation.
* libc/string/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
