* cxx.cc: New file. Implement new, new[], delete and delete[]

	operators and  __cxa_pure_virtual if compiled by gcc >=3.
	* Makefile.in (DLL_OFILES): Add cxx.o.
	Remove libstdc++.a from cygwin1.dll link step.
