Cygwin: mmap: Remove AT_ROUND_TO_PAGE workaround
It's working on 32 bit OSes only anyway. It even fails on WOW64. Drop unsupported NtMapViewOfSection flags. Signed-off-by: Corinna Vinschen <corinna@vinschen.de>
