Cycles: add Progressive Multi-Jitter sampling pattern
This sampling pattern is particularly suited to adaptive sampling, and will
be used for that upcoming feature.
Based on "Progressive Multi-Jittered Sample Sequences" by Per Christensen,
Andrew Kensler and Charlie Kilpatrick.
