Rename ID_IS_LINKED_DATABLOCK to ID_IS_LINKED.
This makes code closer to id_override/assent-engine ones, which
introduce a new type of linked data, and hence reserve
ID_IS_LINKED_DATABLOCK to real linked datablocks.
