SimpleDeform modifications:
* Added "Lock axis" options on taper and strech/squash (suggested by ZanQdo) * Better control of deform factor (suggested by ZanQdo) * Added eModifierTypeFlag_AcceptsCVs (so it now accepts both curves and meshes)
