use ICON_NULL define rather then 0, makes UI calls less confusing. (no functional change)
eg: uiItemR(row, &dvar_ptr, "type", 0, "", 0); -> uiItemR(row, &dvar_ptr, "type", 0, "", ICON_NULL);
