UI: Fix multi input socket outline and highlight
Small fixes to the drawing of multi input sockets:
- Make the outline thickness consistent with normal node sockets,
independent from the screen DPI.
- Only highlight multi input sockets when they are actually selected.
- Skip selected multi inputs when drawing normal selected sockets.
