WM: hide internal operator settings
These are set in the interface and aren't useful to show to users.
Other minor changes
- Rename 'Ruler/Protractor' -> 'Ruler'
- Rename Subdivide 'Quad/Tri Mode' -> 'Create N-Gons' (and invert).
