GPUCodegen: Do not rely on auto resource location
This allows the render engine to expect non-overlapping resources in the
generated create info.
Textures are indexed from 0 and up.
Nodetree ubo is bound to slot 0.
Uniform attributes ubo is bound to slot 1.
