Gawain: use ShaderInterface to manage uniforms
This eliminates tons of glGetUniformLocation calls from the drawing loop. Vast majority of code can keep making the same function calls. They're just faster now!
- Batch_Uniform*
- immUniform*
- gpuBindMatrices
- and others
