GPU: remove 'GPU_SHADER_3D_IMAGE_MODULATE_ALPHA'
`GPU_SHADER_3D_IMAGE_MODULATE_ALPHA` can be seamlessly replaced by `GPU_SHADER_3D_IMAGE_COLOR` with no real harm done.
