* new stamp option to stamp forground sequence strip name.
* made stamp filename optional
* renamed weightpaint "Filter" to "Blur"
* made the defailt weightpaint opacity 1.0 rather then 0.2 so when you select 1.0 weight you can paint it with without multiple clicks.
