Nodes: Add Refract and Faceforward functions to Vector Maths nodes
Cycles, Eevee, OSL, Geo, Attribute Based on outdated refract patch D6619 by @cubic_sloth `refract` and `faceforward` are standard functions in GLSL, OSL and Godot shader languages.
