Various UV editor / notifier related fixes:
[#20336] Missing notifier - properties view does not update on UV unwrap
[#20337] Shift select is not working in UV-editor island mode
[#20338] Update automatically menu item has strange icon behavior
[#20339] Select all will quit working in UV editor
