CPack rpm cleanup
-- package name and .spec->Version match
-- use find_lang macro for locales
-- Requires & Provides (mostly) match the fedora .spec
-- fix unpackaged file error for blender-thumbnailer.py
TODO: figure out how persuade CPack to make multiple rpms to also package blenderplayer
