While SCons building system was serving us really good for ages it's no longer
having much attention by the developers and started to become quite a difficult
task to maintain.
What's even worse -- there started to be quite serious divergence between SCons
and CMake which was only accumulating over the releases now. The fact that none
of the active developers are really using SCons and that our main studio is also
using CMake spotting bugs in the SCons builds became quite a difficult task and
we aren't always spotting them in time.
Meanwhile CMake became really mature building system which is available on every
platform we support and arguably it's also easier and more robust to use.
This commit includes:
- Removal of actual SCons building system
- Removal of SCons git submodule
- Removal of documentation which is stored in the sources and covers SCons
- Tweaks to the buildbot master to stop using SCons submodule
(this change requires deploying to the server)
- Tweaks to the install dependencies script to skip installing or mentioning
SCons building system
- Tweaks to various helper scripts to avoid mention of SCons folders/files
as well

The issue was caused by RedCode library printing binary string to the terminal.

Changed libredcode to GNU GPL v2 or later to make it more compatible
with additional libraries added to blender.

without the underscores these clogged up the namespace for autocompleation which was annoying.

blender_add_lib now takes a separate include argument to suppress warnings in system includes (mostly ffmpeg & python).

* further cleaning of 'player' stuff. Now only 3 libs are remaining, of which ideally the stubs lib will be fixed at some point, fading away into the dark history of not-so-nice code. The current blenderplayer part is still a little bit hackish, I'll see if I can find a better alternative, for now it works good enough.

Fixed 64bit issues. sizeof(unsigned long) = 8 on 64 bit machines,
shame on me...

* Fixed ntohl dependency (and hopefully 64bit issues)
* Video length detection fixed (tests for picture presence)
|
|
* accidently left priority tests around.

|
* add support for building redcode on win32/msvc, but disabled for now, as there are linking problems
- I cleaned the redcode sconscript - the copying of headers within the source tree is not a clean solution
This needs to be fixed later on. For now, lets use redcode from extern/ until a better way is found.

Doing image comparison revealed, that Kb = Kr = 0.0 for redcode :)

This adds redcode (the file format of RED one, R3D) support to blender.
Seems to work fine with the footage I found on the web, but keep in
mind, that because of the unoptimized nature of libopenjpeg, frame
decoding isn't that fast.
It is also a rather challenging task, to make 4k-float-footage realtime :)
