This adds some extra functions recently added to the float Maths Node.
Not all functions have been ported over in this patch.
Also:
+ Tidy up menu
+ Change node color to match other vector nodes, this helps distinguish vector and float nodes in the tree
+ Move shared OSL functions to new header node_math.h

When creating shaders and using maths functions it is expected that Blender should match functions in other DCC applications, game engines and shading languages such as GLSL and OSL.
This patch adds missing functions to the Blender maths node.
Ideally, it would be nice to have these functions available to vectors too but that is not part of this patch.
This patch adds the following functions trunc, snap, wrap, compare, pingpong, sign, radians, degrees, cosh, sinh, tanh, exp, smoothmin and inversesqrt.
Sign function is based on GLSL and OSL functions and returns zero when x == 0.

The fract function in OpenCL does more than just return the fraction.
It also writes the floor to the second argument. Which wasn't put
in consideration.
Instead, we use a simple `a - floor(a)` like the Math node.

Add Multiply, Divide, Project, Reflect, Distance, Length, Scale, Snap,
Floor, Ceil, Modulo, Fraction, Absolute, Minimum, and Maximum operators
to the Vector Math node. The Value output has been removed from operators
whose output is a vector, and the other way around. All of those removals
has been handled properly in versioning code.
The patch doesn't include tests for the new operators. Tests will be added
in a later patch.

- Implement dynamic inputs. The second input is now unavailable in single
operand math operators.
- Reimplemenet the clamp option using graph expansion for Cycles.
- Clean up code and unify naming between Blender and Cycles.
- Remove unused code.

I wouldn't mind changing style to have space after keyword, but there was
no official code style change proposed.

This works for Cycles, Eevee, texture nodes and compositing. It helps to
reduce the number of math nodes required in various node setups.

assuming sRGB
I've limited it to just the RGB<->XYZ stuff for now, correct image handling is the next step.

The Math node currently has the normal atan() function, but for
actual angles this is fairly useless without additional nodes to handle the signs.
Since the node has two inputs anyways, it only makes sense to add an arctan2 option.

Work around the bug by reshuffling code.

Seems to be bug in optimizer, but managed to reshuffle in a way
which should also give some speedup.

This is also an important mathematical operation that can be folded
if it is known that one argument is a certain constant. For colors
the operation is provided as a Gamma node.
The SVM Gamma node needs a small fix to make it follow the 0 ^ 0 == 1
rule, same as the Power node, or the Gamma node itself in OSL mode.

Since inputs are user controlled, the node can't assume they aren't zero.

Now we calculate color in range 800..12000 using an approximation a/x+bx+c for R and G and ((at + b)t + c)t + d) for B.
Max absolute error for RGB for non-lut function is less than 0.0001, which is enough to get the same 8 bit/channel color as for OSL with a noticeable performance difference.
However there is a slight visible difference between previous non-OSL implementation because of lookup table interpolation and offset-by-one mistake.
The previous implementation gave black color outside of soft range (t > 12000), now it gives the same color as for 12000.
Also blackbody node without input connected is being converted to value input at shader compile time.

This more a workaround for CUDA optimizer which can't optimize clamp(x, 0, 1)
into a single instruction and uses 4 instructions instead.
Original patch by @lockal with own modification:
Don't make changes outside of the kernel. They don't make any difference
anyway and term saturate() has a bit different meaning outside of kernel.
This gives around 2% of speedup in Barcelona file, but in more complex shader
setups with lots of math nodes with clamping speedup could be much nicer.

This was already mixed a bit, but the dot belongs there.

Pretty straightforward implementation. Just needed to move some functions
around to make them available at shader compile time.
