Adds the invert vgroup mask option to the Vertex Weight modifiers. These 3 modifiers share the same functions so they needed to be modified at the same time. They are all setup the same with the invert vgroup option being added. I had to add a flag to the Mix modifier but the others I use the existing flags. Passes the flag into the lattice_deform_verts function where the weights around found and used. For the other calls of lattice_deform_verts function they pass in NULL for the flag in the same way they pass NULL for the vgroup name. Custom profiles in bevel allows the profile curve to be controlled by manually placed control points. Orientation is regularized along groups of edges, and the 'pipe case' is updated. This commit includes many updates to comments and changed variable names as well. A 'cutoff' vertex mesh method is added to bevel in addition to the existing grid fill option for replacing vertices. The UI of the bevel modifier and tool are updated and unified. Also, a 'CurveProfile' widget is added to BKE for defining the profile in the interface, which may be useful in other situations. This adds a new mode to solidify to support non-manifold geometry with edges using 3 or more faces as input, resulting in a manifold mesh. Since the differences between these methods don't translate well into short terms, they're named "Simple" and "Complex" in the UI. This also adds clamp with respect to angles to the existing solidify modifier calculation.

There were several problems in the old random calculation: * Different result in the viewport and render. * Noise "pop" in some frames. * Random number was calculated every time the file was opened, so get different results. Now, instead to calculate the random numbers when n number of frames changed, the random values are calculated using a unique seed by stroke. Also, a new Seed parameter has been added and this adds more control in the noise generated. This value can be animated and get more variations. This is something where there is no single correct behavior, sometimes it's needed to ignore the crease to make mesh more smooth. But sometimes crease is to be considered after first subdivision surface: for example, when adding extra subdivisions for render-time displacement. Made it an option whether modifier needs to take crease into account or not. Existing files should be openable in the 2.7 compatible way, to re-create an old behavior the options is to be manually disabled in the modifier settings. Move the bevel hardening code all into bmesh_bevel.c. Based on user feedback, rewrote the bevel hardening algorithm to be more what users want. Based on user feedback, changed the UI, removing some not-useful options. Now hardening normals while beveling is enabled by a simple checkbox. Now setting face strength gives options for which faces get their face strength set.

This commit makes it so that subsurf/multires modifiers will respect the WITH_OPENSUBDIV option. The WITH_OPENSUBDIV_MODIFIER option is now gone. For artists it mean that subsurf modifier will behave same as it is planned for 2.80. Multires will now support sculpting, but it has some known limitations. Those will be worked on before the final release. If OpenSubdiv is disabled, no subsurf/multires functionality will present. The Nearest Surface Point shrink method, while fast, is neither smooth nor continuous: as the source point moves, the projected point can both stop and jump. This causes distortions in the deformation of the shrinkwrap modifier, and the motion of an animated object with a shrinkwrap constraint. This patch implements a new mode, which, instead of using the simple nearest point search, iteratively solves an equation for each triangle to find a point which has its interpolated normal point to or from the original vertex. Non-manifold boundary edges are treated as infinitely thin cylinders that cast normals in all perpendicular directions. Since this is useful for the constraint, and having multiple objects with constraints targeting the same guide mesh is a quite reasonable use case, rather than calculating the mesh boundary edge data over and over again, it is precomputed and cached in the mesh.
