For the final builds instead of leaving all the license files in the main
folder, we move them to a "license" folder.
Also, adding more licenses here (MIT, Apache, ...).

We want users to go to the current version for their current version
when possible if not point to latest.
/dev should really only be for development related work. End users
should not be browsing /dev unless they are reading about upcoming
features ahead of time.

Using a capitalized app name fits the platform guidelines. Since macOS file
systems are case insensitive by default this should not break scripts that
assume lowercase.

scripts being "Artwork" which is your sole property and free to license.
I've removed the reference to scripts in this text.
This was from 2002! With our Python scripts becoming part of how Blender runs,
such scripts now are officially required to be compliant with GNU GPL.

Cleanup of this directory will happen before official release.

Official linux builds are linking against jemalloc,
and in the own branch i'm using some of it's code.
License files location could be changed a bit later
(i.e. make it so all the license files are in the
single folder, not in the root of the blender distro).

allowed for binaries. Now the text restricts to summarizing
the freedom of GPL and a disclaimer.
